The United Arab Emirates has issued a strong condemnation of recent Iranian attacks targeting Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Jordan, labeling these actions as a significant threat to the security and stability of the region. The UAE’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs released a statement denouncing the attacks as a blatant violation of the sovereignty of neighboring countries, while also pledging full support to the affected nations.
Additionally, the UAE expressed concern over assaults on Iraq’s Kurdistan region, cautioning that such aggressive actions could lead to further destabilization in the already volatile area. Kuwait reported that an Iranian strike had severely damaged a power and water desalination facility, sparking a fire and affecting several electricity-generation units.
In Jordan, military officials announced that their air defense systems successfully intercepted and destroyed three Iranian missiles that had breached the country’s airspace. Fortunately, there were no reported casualties or material damage from this incident.
Similarly, Bahrain’s armed forces reported the successful interception and destruction of multiple Iranian aerial threats through their air defense systems. These attacks have occurred amidst a backdrop of increasing tensions in the Middle East, driven by ongoing military exchanges between Iran and the United States.
