In a demonstration of their strong bilateral relations, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain have pledged to fortify their security cooperation. This commitment emerged from the seventh meeting of the Security Committee Working Group, a key component of the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council, which recently convened in Riyadh.
Leading the discussions were Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Issa, who serves as the Director General of Legal Affairs and International Cooperation at Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Interior, and Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Bahrain’s Deputy Police Chief. Together, they examined the current state of security coordination and explored strategies to enhance their collaborative efforts in areas of shared interest.
The dialogue underscored the enduring alliance between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, particularly in the realm of regional security. Both nations are keen on addressing local challenges and fostering stability across the region, which remains a cornerstone of their partnership.
